About Me
As a certified personal trainer and strength training coach, I focus on empowering women in their mind-to-body connection as they strengthen themselves from the inside out, to reach the goals they dream of.

This is of even bigger importance during pregnancy and postpartum recovery when we can feel disconnected from our bodies and far away from our desired fitness goals.
​
Pregnancy is a perfect time to practice mindfulness through each workout and to set yourself up for success during the coming postpartum period.
​
Talking to and meeting clients is my favorite part of my job, so please don't hesitate to reach out!
